ANFRAME ("ANFRAME", "we", "our", or "us") values the privacy of people who visit our website or use digital products we create, maintain, or distribute. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information that may be handled, the reasons for handling it, and the choices that may be available to you when interacting with our websites and applications (together, the "Services").
Information practices are not identical across every product. The data categories and technologies described here apply only where the relevant features, integrations, or permissions are in use. A particular Service may not use every provider or collect every type of information listed in this document.
1. Information We Handle
1.1 Details You Choose to Send
If you email us, submit feedback, ask for assistance, or use a feature that requests information, we may receive the details you decide to provide. This can include your name, email address, message, attachments, and other information included in your communication.
1.2 Usage and Diagnostic Data
Depending on the application and its enabled tools, information about interactions with a Service may be recorded. Examples include screens or pages opened, features used, session length, taps or other events, referral information, general frequency of use, application launches, crash records, error logs, performance metrics, and diagnostic events. Such data can help us evaluate reliability, understand how features perform, and identify issues that need attention.
1.3 Device and Technical Details
When a website or app is accessed, technical details may be generated or received automatically. These may include device make or model, operating system and version, browser type and version, language, display or app settings, IP address, network or connection details, app release version, and identifiers supplied by the device platform or a service provider. Advertising partners may also use advertising identifiers when allowed by law and your device or consent preferences.
1.4 Information Related to Content or Features
Some features need to process information that you enter, select, view, or save. Depending on the product, this may include search queries, preferences, configuration choices, text, documents, media, saved entries, viewed material, or other inputs needed to deliver the feature you requested. We do not seek to gather unrelated content merely because it exists on your device.
2. How We Use Information
Where relevant to a Service, information may be used to:
- Deliver, operate, support, and maintain websites, applications, and their functions.
- Reply to messages, questions, feedback, and requests for assistance.
- Assess how products are used and improve their design, content, features, and ease of use.
- Find and address technical faults, crashes, misuse, fraudulent activity, and security concerns.
- Review application performance and, where applicable, understand advertising effectiveness.
- Show, manage, and measure advertisements in products that include advertising features.
- Meet legal requirements and apply relevant terms, policies, and protections.
3. Third-Party Services
Some Services rely on external providers for advertising, analytics, application infrastructure, diagnostics, hosting, or communication features. Those providers may collect or process information using their own SDKs, cookies, or similar technologies, under their respective privacy notices. The list below describes providers that may be used in certain products; it should not be understood to mean that every ANFRAME product uses all of them.
3.1 Google AdMob
Where an app integrates Google AdMob, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device details, IP address, advertising IDs, app activity, and ad engagement events. This may be used to deliver ads, control ad frequency, measure campaign performance, support personalization settings, and help prevent invalid activity. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google's information about advertising data.
3.2 Meta Audience Network
Some applications may integrate Meta Audience Network to display or measure advertisements. Depending on the implementation and your settings, Meta and its partners may handle device information, identifiers, IP address, app events, and advertising interactions for ad delivery, measurement, fraud detection, and related advertising operations. More information is available in Meta's Privacy Policy.
3.3 AppLovin
Where AppLovin advertising or mediation technology is included, AppLovin and relevant partners may process technical device data, IP address, advertising identifiers, app usage events, and interactions with ads. These activities can support ad delivery, optimization, reporting, and protection of advertising systems. Please review the AppLovin Privacy Policy.
3.4 Firebase
Depending on the needs of a product, we may use Google Firebase components such as Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Authentication, or other Firebase services. Data involved depends on which components are enabled and may include app events, device and app details, diagnostic records, installation identifiers, authentication-related information, or push notification tokens. Google processes relevant information to provide and maintain Firebase features. See Firebase Privacy and Security and Google's Privacy Policy.
External providers determine their own handling practices. We recommend reading their current privacy documentation to understand how they process information.
4. Advertising Preferences
Apps that contain advertising may rely on advertising IDs or related technologies, subject to applicable regulations, platform requirements, and your choices. Depending on your device and region, you may be able to reset or restrict an advertising identifier, adjust ad privacy controls, or update consent through settings on your device or options presented inside the app. Choosing less personalized advertising does not necessarily remove ads altogether.
7. How Long Information Is Kept
We keep information for the period reasonably needed to provide the relevant Service, respond to requests, maintain safety and security, address disagreements, and satisfy legal obligations. The appropriate period can differ according to the data type, product functionality, and provider involved. Third-party companies may apply their own retention schedules under their policies.
8. Information Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, misuse, modification, or disclosure. No online service, network transmission, application, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending highly sensitive details through communication channels that are not designed for that purpose.
9. Processing Across Countries
ANFRAME or its service providers may handle or store information in a country different from the one in which you reside. Privacy and data protection rules may vary between jurisdictions. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, appropriate measures will be applied.
10. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may be entitled to ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or limits on the use of certain personal information, or to object to particular processing. If processing relies on consent, you may be able to withdraw that consent. Contact us using the details below to submit a request. We may need to confirm your identity, and legal exceptions may limit what we can provide.
You may choose not to provide information requested directly from you. However, doing so could prevent some features or Services from working as intended.
11. Children's Privacy
Our general website and Services are not designed to knowingly gather personal information from children who are below the age at which they may legally provide valid consent in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect such information without any authorization required by law. If you believe a child has submitted personal information in an inappropriate manner, please contact us so that we can assess the situation and take suitable action.
12. Third-Party Websites and Platforms
Our Services may link to websites, applications, or platforms managed by other organizations. ANFRAME does not control and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, or privacy practices. Your interactions with those third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
13. Updates to This Policy
We may make changes to this Privacy Policy when our products, technologies, operating practices, or legal requirements evolve. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised update date. Where permitted by applicable law, continuing to use a Service after changes take effect indicates acknowledgement of the revised Policy.
